Voter Verify is a web-based application, customized for your race, that lets you verify whether voters' addresses, district inclusion and registration status. For those on a budget with limited volunteer/staff resources, a full-service option is also available.

Voter Verify is a web-based application, available on any computer with internet access. It is simple and offers the features you need to help run an effective campaign.

1. Quick Searches by Address: After working on countless campaigns and reviewing thousands and thousands of petition sheets, we found that the easiest way to find a voter is by their voting address. The workflow for Voter Verify is simple. Just enter the address number and then the street name. The database will find all registered, active and in-district voters at that address. If you located the voter, simply click on the tag button and that voter will be saved with a special tag in the system.
2. Simple Reporting: One of the best features of Voter Verify is that the system keeps a running list of all those voters who you tagged while doing your search. The simple report gives you expanded information about the voters that you have tagged and gives you account. When preparing to turn in your petitions, it is invaluable to have access to an accurate number of pre-verified voters.
3. Expanded Export: Another great feature is our (slightly hidden) export feature. At the bottom of the report, users can export the list of tagged voters with additional data. You can use this data for mailings or to follow up with voters.

These features can be used for any campaign to verify their own signatures or the signatures of opposing campaigns. Data is all provided for that specific race by the Cook County Clerk's Office. In order to license Voter Verify, you must have a valid political action committee on file with the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Voter Verify Service

For those who would prefer to have the petition verification process done by our data experts, simply send us your petition sheets, we do the verifications, and then send you reports and exports. You still get access to the application, but we do the work for you. This services is offered at a per signature search basis. If you send us 1,000 signatures but only 800 are verified, you are charged for the number of submitted signatures.
